Can I select the book myself?

No - but don't worry I hand select the books very carefully and only send out my favourites, which I am sure you'll love too. 

What if I already own the book?

I hope this won't happen, but if it does please contact me and I will sort out a replacement. 

What is your return policy?

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulation you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt of your goods. To do so, please contact me.

Outwith this period, unfortunately, I am unable to accept returns.

When will I receive my package?

All parcels are letterbox friendly and I aim to ship UK orders within 2 business days using Royal Mail delivery.

For subscriptions, subsequent packages will be sent at the start or middle of the month depending on your initial order shipment date.

Standard UK delivery (Royal Mail 2nd class) is FREE on all UK orders.  

At the checkout, it is possible to upgrade your delivery to Royal Mail 1st class for an additional fee. (Please note this would only apply to the initial delivery for any subscription.)

When will I pay?

One off surprise book gifts and gift subscriptions will be paid in full at the checkout.

Do you ship internationally?
